Question: What was your most effective strategy for promoting your art and how do you think that it has made you successful?

Answer: I'm motivated by a general belief about the relationship of my work to the world. I'm lucky to have a life that affords me the opportunity to do this kind of work, and so I've always felt a kind of duty to put it out there as a form of thanks. I don't believe the work is finished until Ive shown it. It's just an inherent part of how and why I make art now.
